This week I am writing a post on "how to concentrate and focus while studying " because most people ( 99.99.......% of the world's population) will understand this. IT SUCKS! If you are feeling this way right now, you have come to the right site. You are quite very lucky !
- The first thing you should do is turn off (or switch to airplane mode ) every electronic device that has a screen. ( phones, t.v, laptop, etc. )
- Make a to-do list.
- Listen to your favorite music on earphones on a non portable device.This will prevent you from moving around ( headphones work, but earphones are better.
- Get off your bed
- Create a stress-free environment
- Ask your friends (or family to stop annoying you
- If your hungry, eat bananas, nuts because these are brain foods
